“Shudder è orgoglioso di unire ancora una volta le forze con Fangoria per celebrare il meglio dell’horror, come votato dalla stessa comunità horror”, ha dichiarato il direttore generale di Shudder Craig Engler in una dichiarazione.
“I Chainsaw Awards dell’anno scorso non sono stati solo un momento clou dell’anno nell’horror, ma una testimonianza dello spirito stesso del genere, poiché l’ingegno e l’intraprendenza hanno vinto sulle sfide della produzione durante il blocco”, ha affermato l’editore di Fangoria Phil Nobile Jr. ” Abbiamo alzato la posta quest’anno e aggiunto alcune nuove categorie, e siamo entusiasti che i fan si sintonizzino per celebrare ancora una volta un anno fantastico per l’horror e i suoi fan”.
